How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Eclipse SI → Cancel. Android: Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Eclipse SI → Cancel. PayPal: Log into PayPal → Settings → Payments → Manage Automatic Payments → Eclipse SI → Cancel.

How do I delete my account and all my data?
Go to Profile → Privacy Dashboard → Delete Account within the Eclipse SI app. This permanently deletes all your conversations, memory, and personal data within 30 days. You'll receive a cryptographic deletion receipt confirming the removal. This action cannot be undone.
Why is Eclipse SI not responding or loading slowly?
Try these steps in order: (1) Check your internet connection. (2) Force-close and reopen the app. (3) Clear the app cache in your device settings. (4) Log out and log back in. (5) Reinstall the app — your conversations are synced to the cloud and won't be lost. If the issue persists, email us with your device type and OS version.
Can I use Eclipse SI on multiple devices?
Yes. Your Eclipse SI account syncs across all your devices. Sign in with the same email and password on any device to access your full conversation history, memory, and personalization settings. Your premium subscription is linked to your account, not a specific device.
I subscribed but my account still shows Free tier. What do I do?
Try logging out and back in — this usually refreshes your subscription status. If that doesn't work: (1) Force-close and reopen the app. (2) Wait a few minutes as payment verification can take up to 5 minutes. (3) Email adorsey30@gmail.com with your payment confirmation and account email and we'll resolve it immediately.
How does Eclipse SI's memory work? Can I turn it off?
Eclipse SI learns from your conversations to provide more personalized responses over time — remembering your preferences, goals, and communication style. You have full control: go to Profile → Memory Control to view, edit, or clear all memory data at any time. You can also disable memory learning entirely from that screen.
Does Eclipse SI store my voice recordings?
No. Voice recordings are sent to our transcription service (OpenAI Whisper) for conversion to text and then immediately discarded. We never store audio recordings. Only the transcribed text is kept as part of your conversation history, which you can delete at any time.
Can I export my conversations and data?
Yes. Go to Profile → Privacy Dashboard → Export My Data to download a complete JSON archive of all your conversations, memory, goals, and account information. Exports are generated on demand and are available immediately.
I found a bug. How should I report it?
Email adorsey30@gmail.com with "Bug Report" in the subject line. Please include: your device model and OS version, the app version (visible in Profile), a description of what happened and what you expected, and a screenshot or screen recording if possible. We investigate all bug reports personally.
I have a feature request or idea. Where do I send it?

App Won't Load
Force-close the app, ensure you have an active internet connection, then reopen. Most loading issues resolve with a fresh connection.
Fix
AI Stopped Responding
Start a new conversation — if that works, the previous conversation may have an error. Try clearing the conversation and retrying your question.

Voice Not Working
Check that Eclipse SI has microphone permission in your device settings. On iOS: Settings → Eclipse SI → Microphone. On Android: Settings → Apps → Eclipse SI → Permissions.

Slow Responses
AI response time depends on your network connection and query complexity. Research-grade and image analysis responses take longer by design due to their depth.
Fix
Login Issues
Use "Forgot Password" on the login screen. If you signed up with Apple, use the "Continue with Apple" button — Apple accounts don't use a password in Eclipse SI.

Subscription Not Showing
Log out and log back in to refresh your subscription status. Payment verification can take up to 5 minutes after purchase. Email us if it persists beyond 10 minutes.
